Product Information
What is the shelf life of the products?
All of our products are guaranteed 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored as per specification requirements. The manufacture date can be found stamped on our boxes.
Has there ever been a recall on any of the products?
We hold our company to the highest quality standards and have never had a recall.
What is the Lot Code Interpretation?
Each product is stamped with a five-digit Lot Code. The first two digits of the code are the last two digits of the year, the remaining digits reflect the day of that year. For example, products stamped with the code 23037 were manufactured on February 6, 2023.

What is your Country of Origin?
Our fine soybeans are grown and our products are manufactured in the State of Illinois.
Where can I get a copy of the letter of guarantee or certificate of insurance?

What are your terms of payment?
Net 30 days.
Can we make ACH Payment for our invoice?

Shipping & Samples
Do we need to set up our own shipping?
Yes, you can set up the shipper of your choice. Our pickup hours are between 7 AM and 2 PM at our factory location.
Are there samples available?
Yes, we are happy to send a complimentary 5lb sample of our product. Please fill out the Free Sample form on this website to receive your FREE SAMPLE.
